Join Atype as a Client Onboarding Specialist and play a vital role in creating seamless experiences for our clients. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project execution and building strong relationships from the start.

What we expect:

We’re looking for a proactive professional with at least 2 years of client onboarding experience in marketing solutions. You should excel in communication, problem-solving, and collaborating with both clients and team members. Familiarity with website development and email marketing, along with strong knowledge of Google Workspace, is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client onboarding for marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Familiarity with website development and email marketing processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• A positive, client-focused attitude that builds trust and sets the tone for a successful partnership.
